Orders placed on weekends or U.S. federal holidays will be processed on the next business day. Shipping Costs Varestone does not offer free shipping. Shipping fees are calculated based on: Destination country and region Weight, dimensions, and category of the product Warehouse location and carrier availability Shipping method selected (Standard / Expedited, where available) All shipping charges are displayed clearly at checkout, before payment is submitted. No hidden fees. No unexpected charges. --- 4. Estimated Delivery Times Estimated delivery windows begin after an order has been shipped, not at checkout. Standard Delivery Estimates: United States & European Union: 3-7 business days United Kingdom, Canada, Australia: 3-14 business days Rest of the World: 3-14 business days Please note: delivery timeframes may vary depending on customs clearance, carrier delays, weather conditions, and other logistic variables outside our control. --- 5. Shipment Tracking Once an order has been shipped and a tracking number becomes available: A tracking link will be automatically sent to the customer’s registered email. Customers may also access tracking information through their Varestone account dashboard (if an account was created). If an order includes multiple items, shipments may be split into separate packages for faster delivery. --- 6. Customs, Duties & Taxes Depending on the destination country, your shipment may be subject to import duties, VAT, GST, brokerage fees, or customs processing charges imposed by local authorities. These fees are not included in product or shipping costs. The customer is solely responsible for any such fees applied by their local customs office. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses The customer is responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout. In cases where a package cannot be delivered due to: Incorrect address Missing address details Failed delivery attempts Unclaimed parcel at carrier facility …the customer may be responsible for additional reshipment charges. If the package is returned to us, refunds may be issued minus the original shipping cost. --- 8.
