We Cannot Accept Returns If:

4. HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN

Returning an item is quick and easy. Follow these simple steps:

  • Item(s) you wish to return

  • Return authorization number (RMA)
  • Return shipping address
  • Return instructions
  • Prepaid shipping label (for defective items)

Step 3: Package Your Item

  • Include all accessories and documentation
  • Write RMA number clearly on the outside of the package

Step 4: Ship Your Return

Note: Items sent back without a return authorization may be refused or delayed.


5. REFUND PROCESS

Refund Amount:

Standard Returns:

  • Original shipping costs: Non-refundable

Defective/Damaged Items:

  • Full product price refunded
  • Original shipping costs refunded
  • Return shipping costs: We cover via prepaid label

Partial Refunds:

In some cases, we may issue a partial refund:

  • Item shows minor signs of use (assessed case-by-case)
  • Original packaging is damaged but item is intact
  • Missing non-essential accessories

We will always contact you before issuing a partial refund to give you the option to keep the item instead.


6. EXCHANGE POLICY

We want you to love your purchase! If you’d like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or model:
