These terms govern your use of varestone.com and any order you place through it.
Who you are buying from
VARESTONE is a brand operated by iGlomart LLC, 251 Little Falls Drive, Wilmington, DE 19808, United States. In these terms “we” and “us” mean that company.
Orders
Placing an order is an offer to buy. The contract is formed when we confirm the order by email. We may decline an order if the item cannot be produced or if the order appears fraudulent; if we do, you are not charged, or you are refunded in full.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown in US dollars. Shipping is calculated and shown at checkout before payment. Any tax that applies is shown at checkout.
Made to order
Each throw is produced after you order it. Please read the Returns page before buying: we replace faulty or incorrect items, and we do not accept change-of-mind returns on made-to-order goods.
Product descriptions and colour
We describe the product as accurately as we can. Screens and printed fabric reproduce colour differently, so the images are a close guide rather than an exact match. Measurements are approximate within normal manufacturing tolerance.
Intellectual property
The VARESTONE name, the wordmark and the designs printed on the throws belong to us. You may not reproduce them.
Our responsibility
We are responsible for loss you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breaking these terms. We are not responsible for losses that were not foreseeable. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version published here when you order is the version that applies to that order.
