30-DAY RETURN POLICY
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for most items, provided they meet the conditions outlined below.
Eligible Returns:
- Item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
- Original packaging, tags, and accessories must be included
- Watches must have protective stickers and seals intact
- Item must not show signs of wear, damage, or alteration
Non-Returnable Items:
- Custom or personalized products
- Items damaged due to misuse or neglect
- Products without original packaging or authentication materials
HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN

- Order number
- Reason for return
- Photos of the item (if defective or damaged)
Once approved, we will provide return instructions and a prepaid shipping label where applicable.
REFUND PROCESS
Refund Timeline:
- Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item
- Funds will be credited to your original payment method
- Please allow an additional 3-5 business days for your bank or credit card company to process the refund
Refund Amount:
- Full purchase price will be refunded for eligible returns
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was defective or damaged upon arrival
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise specified
NON-REFUNDABLE SITUATIONS
We cannot issue refunds in the following cases:
Customer Error:
- Incorrect shipping address provided by the customer
- Incorrect postal/ZIP code resulting in delivery failure
- Missing or incomplete phone number causing delivery issues
- Customer not available at delivery address during multiple delivery attempts
- Failure to collect package from courier office within the specified timeframe
Refused or Unclaimed Packages:
- If a package is refused or goes unclaimed and is returned to us, the customer is responsible for original shipping costs and any return shipping fees incurred
- A restocking fee of up to 20% may apply
Missed Delivery Attempts:
- If the courier makes multiple delivery attempts and the customer fails to respond or collect the package, no refund will be issued
- The customer will be responsible for any additional shipping or storage fees
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If you receive a damaged or defective product:
- Contact us immediately at info@varestone.com with photos of the damage
- We will arrange a free return or replacement at no cost to you
- Full refund or replacement will be provided once the item is received and verified
Please Note: Claims for damaged items must be made within 7 days of delivery.
EXCHANGES
We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item:
- Return the original item following our return process
- Place a new order for the desired product
Refunds will be processed upon receipt of the returned item, after which you may repurchase.
RETURN SHIPPING
Customer Responsibility:
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective, damaged, or we made an error
Our Recommendation:
- Use a trackable shipping method
- Insure high-value items during return shipment
- Retain proof of shipment until your refund is processed
We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.
INSPECTION AND APPROVAL
All returned items are subject to inspection upon arrival. We reserve the right to:
- Refuse refunds for items that do not meet return conditions
- Apply a restocking fee (up to 20%) for items returned in unsellable condition
- Deduct repair or cleaning costs from the refund if applicable
CANCELLATIONS
Before Shipment:
- Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund
- Contact us immediately at info@varestone.com to request cancellation
After Shipment:
- Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled
- You may return the item following our standard return policy once it arrives
INTERNATIONAL RETURNS
For international orders:
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any customs fees or duties incurred
- Items must be declared accurately to avoid delays or additional charges
- VARESTONE is not responsible for customs fees, import duties, or taxes on returned items
